Happy Nature FriYay Friends!! Spring is in full bloom here in New Mexico, Mama and I keep being more amazed on how many beautiful flowers bloom here in the mountain desert climate...our latest surprise?? The beautiful Rosy Roses in our front yard !!
Beautiful pink blooms...
Soft white....
The bushes are filled with freshly blooming buds every morning!
Thankfully, the bunnies don't like rose leaves!
WAIT, is that a BUNNY???
Oh,it's just a birdy
Sorry, where were we??
We have a yellow rose bush...
But my favorite roses are the dark pink roses.
I just love the way they fade to light pink and then white in the middle!!
OH, and Happy Straw Hat Day a day early!
I do love a nice straw hat, especially when it's covered in flowers!
We hope everyone has a blooming, beautiful weekend!
Oh Rosy, your New Mexico roses are a joy. As are you, of course!
ReplyDeleteYour roses are just gorgeous, Rosy, and I love your hat!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful roses. Mom ripped out our rose bushes years ago because she said they are way too much work. She isn't into gardening much at all. You look great with your roses!

I had no idea that roses this beautiful could grown in NM.. wow. I wonder if the homeowner that planted left instructions on care of roses in desert enviroment. and a couple of these are ROSY pink.. how cool is that? we have bunnies in the neighborhood but never seen one in our yard. we do have a surprise on Beaus blog today
ReplyDeleteNiece Rosy it is obvious they previous owners of your home loved and cared for every single inch inside and out and planted so many roses for my Niece Rosy. They have so much beautiful flowers and landscaping. Hugs your aunty Cecilia
