We found a few Beach Morning Glories peaking out of the sand too! Aren't they pretty with there yellow middles and purply-pink edges?!
This Beach Strawberry is one of the two wild strawberry plants that were hybridized
to create today's strawberry! How cool is that?!

Ooooo, there it is...Mama's and my FAVORITE beach flower.....
A form of beach sweet pea, this pretty plant blooms at the same time as the local Lupine flowers. Mama and I like to call it mini-lupine

Last weekend, Mama and Daddy decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and visit a local outdoor cafe for a cool adult beverage. Thankfully, they realized I needed some time away from the house too and invited me to go!
I am always happy to get out and do some people watching so, of course, I said yes. Plus, I am always thankful to spend alone time with Mama and Daddy!!
We had a nice relaxing time. I enjoyed a few photo shoots(and corresponding cookies) and lots of people watching while the pawrents enjoyed a nice refreshing beverage. It was a perfect afternoon!
Mama wasn't very thankful about that finger in the picture...
....but I was very thankful for all the pawrent snuggles!!
