I Smell a Rat

No REALLY...Look!!!

NO Mommy...not Remy....

THIS Rat!!!!

Mommy is a little worried and says she has to stop putting squirrel bait out for a week or so until Mr. Rat goes away...She and Daddy say that 2 dogs in the house are more than enough and we don't need any rats right now!

Mommy wants me to say a special thank you to Zoey and Maggy's Mom for the new banner up at the top...and thank you to Lexi and Bentley's Mom Tiffany for the new Siggy on my page.
What lucky kitties and puppy dogs to have such talented Mommies!!!

  6. Hi Dory,

Ewe, I hate those things! They're disgusting! Your daddy is right! Keep them out of Dory's backyard!

  7. Eeeek! Rats. We haven't ever encountered any, but I don't think that we'd like them at all. We love the new banner and the siggy Mom made looks great! Mom says if you want to remove the white outline from around the siggy, just leave her a comment or email her to let her know and she will give your Mom directions.

    Chihuahua kisses,

  8. Dory, it looks like those NASTY fruit rats we used to have in the backyard under the orange trees. SHE made the Mr. pull up the trees. Got rid of the rats, but now the neighbors have pesky racoons in their jungle. If you've got any fruit trees in the yard, try to keep all the fallen fruit picked up....or just invite me over...I LOVE to chase rats. Tree rats or ground rats. I love to TERRIER-eyes them!

  12. Eeewwww! I know rats can climb, but never though of them as hanging out in trees. Then again, squirrels are just rats with busy tails, so why should it be so surprising? You just make sure you bark at it ferociously, Dory - tell that rat to SCAT!!

  20. Oh my word a rat on your suet feeder. I would never have expected to see that. Here we thought squirrels were bad...the rat is really bad!!! He is a big rodent too.

Dory we love your new sign on the tree and your signature block. Your mom is very talented.

  21. Dory!! We were expecting a tree rat (squirrel) not a real rat!! We would gladly come over and exterminate him if you want. We would have to leave Java at home though - he screams like a little girl if he sees a rodent.

  23. Suirrels are actually part of the rodent family. So they are related. How about that? Love your header, very clever and you look great.
