Happy Flower Friday!! As we mentioned on Tuesday, this week we are showcasing Historical Victorian Ferndale with a walk showing you the beautiful flowers they have!
First though, we wanted to give you a glimpse of the Gingerbread Mansion Bed and Breakfast. It is another of Ferndale's more popular B & B's. Click on the name to go read about the Gingerbread Mansion!
One of the great things about all of these Victorian Houses is they have the most wonderful gardens!
Mama had me pose with this pretty pink flower basket!
Beautiful sunflowers lined a few of the fences!!
Many houses have whimsical wildflower gardens!
Very pretty, don't you think??
Of course, Mama found a lighthouse!
We think she may have inherited a doggy sense, she sure can snoofer out a lighthouse, even if they are in a garden!!

ReplyDeleteThose house types are borderline creepy we always feel. They have a certain Halloweeny feel to them, but the gardens are real nice! Does you mom know about Westerhever Leuchturm, the famous lighthouse in Germany? https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leuchtturm_Westerheversand We used to go there and could see it from the beach by our house when we lived on the North Sea Coast.
