Today, I'm thankful for things that make Mama happy. We all know if Mama ain't happy, nobody is happy! In this case, I am thankful those big, loud balloons fly over our house all year round!
Mama and Daddy saw a big group of balloons flying over our house on New Year's Day! It was just the thing to help make Mama happy when she still had the sickies!
It was in the 30s(F) and I bet the passengers were freezy cold...
....BUT
Mama was smiling from ear to ear!
We sure are thankful to have happy, healthy Mama back....she tends to give out more treats!

We are glad you mom is all better. Our mom likes to see those balloons too, but we have never seen one here at our house. Enjoy, they can be really pretty, says our mom.

We're glad your mom is feeling better. Those people in the balloons might not be as cold as you think because that burner that keeps the hot air in the balloon gives off a lot of heat when the pilot blasts it into the balloon.

ReplyDeleteWe love seeing those balloons fly over our house too. But we don't see much of them in this cold weather. We hope your Mama is all over the sickies. Our human sister's whole family is sick with really nasty colds. No flu, no Covid, no strep, just lots of yuck, and one of the boys is battling pneumonia:(
