This Week in My Backyard

So much was done...so little time

Frankie Found Puppy came to visit

Mr. Bluejay came out to play

The nummy smelling flowers are blooming
and dark storms were brewing
and of course the Squirrels are trying to eat the birdie food.....BUT

Do not Fear...the Squirrel Huntress is here!!!

Here is the slide show
BUT...the Luke, the Bleu, Cloud, Phantom and other
pups or kittehs that are sensitive to thunder should
turn the volume down for the last minute of the slide show.

There are rumors of a trip tomorrow to visit a place where puppies who need furrever homes play on the weekends...We had a nice lady come "home visit" us yesterday....I am not sure if I should be concerned or not.....

  3. What a week, Dory! Our Thunder doesn't mind the thunder at all, it is Phantom who dreads it. Thunder would sit outside in a storm and not care a whit.

Great job, might huntress of the squirrels:)

  7. Wow Dory! I just have to say I think you just too adorable! I don't know if I've posted here before - I only recently found your blog. I love all your backyard activities. I think it would be nice if you could share your home and yard with a needy puppy.

  12. Dory, it's me Tank. I saw your letter to Twink. You couldn't have been talking about ME, could you? BOL
I like your "This Week..." wrap up. I'm concerned about all the squirrel activity in your yard though. It's good that you're getting it all on video just in case.

Hope you pick out a Lhasa:)

  13. Oh my goodness Dory, you backyard has been a really busy place this week. I have been on vacation but took a peek at your older post, I am happy Frankie's family was found and he back home. But a family visit? Could you be getting a baby brother or sister?

Great job Mighty Huntress of Squirrels. But keep a close watch as they are very sneaky.

Your mom is getting very clever. The birds were pretty and as for that cheeky squirrel.
We were glad to see you were busy on that particular job.
Nice to see the summer flowers too after the long winter.
That was scary thunder - Martha jumped up to sit by mum when she heard it on the computer!
    Have a lovely weekend

  19. There sure is a lot to see in your back yard. Glad I "hopped" over this Saturday. Never a dull moment! Hope the home visit is exciting and goes well. Congratualtions!

PS: It would be helpful to the next Blog Hopper to add the Linky list to the end of your post. I don't think the directions explain this well. On the Linky, after you sign up, it says "get the code." You just paste that at the bottom of your post and the list will appear. :)

See you next Saturday... and maybe sooner!
