Tuesday Morning Tunes

Every morning I like to go out on the porch with Mama where we meditate and listen to all the backyard music. Lately our meditations have been interrupted....
Here is a video that may explain it better...

Kids these days.....no respect for the finer things in life!

  1. Hello there Bilbo,

The video really explained it so well. We appreciated the morning tunes you hear at your backyard... so calming and relaxing indeed. Your look was so funny as you hear Jacob come from behind and off to the fence!

Worry not, Bilbo, he would one day learn to appreciate the calming sound of the backyard. As for now, zoom zoomies is one of the highlights of Jacob's day. You are all so cute and adorable! =)

  2. That music was very relaxing.:) Leave it up to the little siblings to put a damper on things!

  3. Sorry your mornings have been disturbed Bilbo. Maybe you could give Jacob lessons in meditation....or wait until he gets older.

  4. The music is very soothing indeed, Bilbo... so relaxing until little brother sets in off course, but that's what siblings are for :)

  5. KIDS - we know what you mean. Our house is a bit quieter now with all of the kids, except Ruairi, gone - even Ruairi is more subdued.

  6. You'll have to take Jacob in paw and teach him what's what!

  7. Oh Bilbo that was so relaxing...we love birds and an early morning cup of coffee while enjoying their songs. You'll have to be patient with the new kid. Looks like the blog title might be changed to Jacob's backyard he will not let anything in his domain. Dory can rest when Jacob is on duty.
    Happy Tuesday,

  8. Those darn noises distract me too. Though - Im more concerned with noises happening in the front yard, not the back. Those darn cars keep going by my house, and Mom NEEDS to know about them...

  10. The birdies make such nice relaxing music -- but sometimes you have to throw a little rock and roll in the mix! ha ha!

  11. Those were some mighty happy birds in your backyard. Ya'll need to teach Jacob how to meditate.

  12. Our Mom loves to hear the birds sing too. She leaves the door open when the weather is nice so she can listen to them. And we have a doggie here too that would run off barking too. But it is really nice for a little while.
    Have a super day.

  14. These darn siblings! Always out to wreck the peace and quiet of the day! But.... there is a lot to be said for morning zoomies. I'm just saying... BTW, did we ever tell you how excited we were for you to get a little brother?!? (Heh. Now Dory and I can commiserate!)

What a relaxing morning until Jacob disturbed it. But not to worry I am sure in time Jacob will learn to appreciate the mornings with you!

  25. The kid here doesn't make so much noise outside, but she sure knows how to let everyone know she wants out of her crate for morning potty time.

The sound of the birds was lovely.
