Thankful for Our New Fence

Hi everypawdy! Jakey here today to let you all know how very thankful our pawrents we are for our new fence! That's right, while traveling and stuff, Mama and Daddy thought if would be a good time to have a new fence installed because Rosy escaped into the neighbors yard in between the slats of the old fence!

Daddy made sure to tell the fence peoples all the things they were looking for in a fence and VOILA! We ended up with the pawfect Rosy proof fence!

Let's take a look around the yard...how's the back of the fence, Rosy?

Rosy??

What,  I'm not digg...OH, I mean, the back of the fence looks great Jakey nothing to see here!

Are you suuurrrrreeee she can't get out Jakey??

ROSY!! For now, we are going to trust in the fence makers and be thankful that so far Rosy hasn't found a way to escape!

as fences go that is a beaut!!! Rosy - curiosity killed the cat you know. Dogs may be safer, but still and all - there was mention of bears up there!!! hugs and wags YAM-aunty xxx

  4. Boy, that is sure a sturdy fence! We've never seen one like that with something on the bottom to keep pups from sliding under. What a great job they did.

  8. OMD, are bear invasions common where you live? How skeery! That's a pawesome new fence, though. I"m sure Rosy will enjoy quality-control testing.

  11. That not only looks like a very secure fence but it is also a good-looking one. We think you boys still need to keep a good eye on Rosy, because one can never be sure what she might find. We are very happy to see that you are planning on keeping the bears out:)

  14. My predecessor Hamish the Westie was a renowned escapologist, but I think even he would be defeated by your magnificent fence. And what a relief to know that you are safe from bears (which are not a hazard we encounter in Northern Scotland).

  17. What a very nice new fence! Mom would like to have a privacy fence like that so I can't see the back yard neighbors and bark at them

  19. I'm thinking of trying to put up a section of fencing myself. It was damaged when my neighbor's tree fell. Just not sure if I can manage it.

  22. It's smart, too that the new fence doesn't have any paw-holds (like a chain link fence) so that Rosie can't decide to climb over it, too! And Artie, you are so very adorable in your duckie jammies.
