Note from Beth (Dory's Mom) - Thanks so much for all the uplifting posts I received today regarding my sad morning!
One of the best places to eat ice cream in Austin is at Amy's!! I let Mommy and Daddy take MB there yesterday for belated National Ice Cream Day! The Amy's they took them to was in the Arboretum (whatever that is) all I know is that they were OUTSIDE and Mommy said it was TOO HOT for me to go...Hrumpf!!
Before going into the store MB played on some of Moo's friends in the park!

OMD you live in Austin - that is one of my mom and dad's favorite places in the world. mommy's bff has a week-end place in Austin out on Nutty Brown Road - i've never been there - but maybe one day -

Oh what a nice visit they are having. I am sorry that you can't have ice cream, I can only have just a little or its not pretty what happens. I bet Moo really liked seeing the big cows.

My Mama, Mist, and both Dott and BG love ice cream whenever they can get a lick, but I've never been partial to it myself. Looks like another wonderful day for Moo and Baa... I think they are having more fun than you sometimes, poor Dory, but it also looks like you are a wonderful friend to be so happy for them! OC

I can kind of see the resemblance except Moo is much more colorful that the big cow. My mom LOVES ice cream but she can't really eat it because of her high cholesterol so she's been trying different things - rice milk ice cream and soy ice cream. So far she likes the soy better but neither can hold a candle to the real thing.
