I had the worst dream last Saturday Morning. I know it was a dream 'cause my Mommy would never be that mean to me.
First I saw Bilbo...he was all wet, Mommy was holding him in a towel....
Then Mommy came looking for me...
....Whatcha want Mommy??
Then I got put in the sink...
And she turned the water on...and started getting me ALL WET. First my back and tummy
Then my neck...
Then my face...
Even my EARS!!!
Maybe if I close my eyes I'll wake up....
OH NO...I close my eyes for just a second and Mommy
goes in for the gooby cleaning...Darn those nails!!
Get off of me icky wet water!!!
Mommy abusing me with the towel...what a nightmare!!!
What do I get out of all this?? Mommy you are soooo NOT my favorite in this dream...what??

Oh Mommy you are so my favorite....
I think Bilbo had the same nightmare so he got a cookie too!
The moral of this story is that cookies make everything all better!!

Yes you had a dream Dory... but a sweet dream in the end... hehe. Btw, I hate to bathe too and dreaming of that would be a nightmare.

ReplyDeleteI have my bath in the kitchen sink too, I just don't want to remember those awful time, my mom is as rough as your mom when it comes to goo removal, oouch!
At the end of that nightmare, no cookies reward, just plenty of kisses and praising me "good boy", grrrr!
Its awful when those two leggers put us in the tub and try to drown us and then run stinky goop all over us...But yes I agree that cookies do make everything better.

ReplyDeleteMy Mom takes me in the shower - which makes for great fun because there's lots of room for me to squirm around and get Mom all wet. But I'm with you - cookies make EVERYTHING better!

You don't even want to get me started about baths! I just get to smelling good the way I like and then I get thrown in the sink and tortured. I agree the treats do help, but not much. At least Bilbo had to go through it too, not just you.

Oh Dory - I'm so glads you woked up from your nightmares.. Cookies do always make evfurrything better though.. I could be sooooooooooooo tireds and mama could pull out a COOKIE and I'm wide awake and maybe not so alert but I'm standing at attention.. BOL..
